Inviting friends

Start a trip, open the convoy sheet, and tap Invite. Pick friends from your list, or send the invite link in Messages. Friends need Convoy installed and need to be signed in to join.

I can't see my friends on the map

Both of you need to be signed in and on the same trip. If someone turned on Ghost Mode, they're hidden. Check that Location is set to “While Using the App” for Convoy in iPhone Settings.

Directions or the voice aren't working

Make sure your iPhone isn't on silent for media and that Convoy's voice isn't muted (tap the speaker button while driving). You can pick a different voice in Settings → Voice.

Speed limits or lane arrows don't show

These come from OpenStreetMap and aren't available on every road yet. They may also take a moment to load on a weak connection.

Biking

On the route screen, choose Bike for cycling directions on bike paths and quieter streets.

Deleting your account or data

Settings → Delete Account removes your account and everything stored for it. Settings → Delete All Data on This Phone erases what's stored on your iPhone. You can also email [email protected].

Safety

Always follow traffic laws and pay attention to the road. Set your route before you start driving.
